Simple Workout Plan For Fat Loss

Day 1: Cardio & Core

25 Sit-ups

30 Jumping Jacks

30 Second plank

45 Seconds of high knees

25 Russian Twists

leg lifts

25 Mountain Climbers

Repeat 3 times


Day 2: Upper body

1 Minute push-ups (as many as you can use your knees if needed)

10 Burpees

15 Shoulder Press (any type of weight)

10 Burpees

15 Curls

Repeat 3 times


Day 3: Legs

20 Squats

30 Lunges

40 Calf Raises

50 Second Wall Sit

30 Second Squat Jumps

40 Sumo Squats (wide feet)

30 Lunges

20 Jumping Lunges
